Data deletion

In MediaJam open Publishing → Connections, press the menu (⋮) on the Facebook Page or Instagram account and choose Disconnect: the access tokens are deleted and MediaJam can no longer publish on your behalf.

You can also remove the app from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → MediaJam → Remove.

Email [email protected] from the account’s address with the subject “Data deletion”, naming the workspace to delete. We verify the request and delete the account, uploaded and generated content, connected-service tokens and social connection data within one month of the request.

Some data may be kept only where the law requires it (for example tax records) and only for as long as needed.

Account and credentials, projects, templates, images and text, brand kits, publishing plans and draft or scheduled posts, tokens and identifiers of the connected Pages and Instagram accounts.

Content already published on social networks stays there: remove it directly on Facebook or Instagram.
