MediaJam is a platform for creating graphic and text content for social networks, planning it and publishing it to the accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Some features use AI models; you must review the results before publishing.

By using MediaJam or creating an account you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Each person is responsible for their account credentials and for the activity carried out with them. You may not use the service for unlawful or deceptive content, or content that infringes third-party rights or the rules of the connected social networks, and you may not try to bypass the service’s technical or security limits.

Content you upload or generate remains yours; you confirm you have the rights to it and grant MediaJam the licence needed, limited to providing the service, to store, process and publish it at your request.

As between you and MediaJam, and as far as the law allows, AI-generated output produced from your prompts may be used by you, including commercially. MediaJam does not guarantee that it is original, error-free or free of third-party rights, or that the law grants copyright in it: you review it before publishing and are responsible for what you publish.

By connecting a social account you authorise MediaJam to act on your behalf within the permissions granted, and you can revoke the connection at any time from MediaJam or from the settings of the platform concerned. Instructions are on the Data deletion page.

How third-party services work, and their rules, do not depend on MediaJam: a post may be rejected, limited or delayed by the platform, and you remain bound to comply with its terms.

Usage-based features consume credits, whose cost is shown before each operation. A credit held for a post is returned if the post is cancelled or fails. Plan and credit-pack prices are shown before purchase; payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective from the next period.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase, unless performance of the service has already started with their express consent and acknowledgement that they lose the right once it is fully performed. Credits already used are not refundable, except as mandatory law requires. To request a refund write to [email protected].

You can close your account at any time. MediaJam may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the rules of the connected platforms, or that endangers the security of the service.

The service is provided as it stands, with the care required by law; MediaJam does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, MediaJam is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or damage caused by faults or limits of third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or a consumer’s mandatory rights.

We may update these terms for technical, legal or service reasons. The date at the top shows the last update; for material changes we notify registered users.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, if in Italy or the European Union; in other cases the competent court is the one the law assigns by reference to the provider’s registered office.
